Submitting an enquiry, quotation request, trade account application or supplier enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige us to respond, quote or supply. Supply is subject to a written quotation being issued by us and accepted, and remains subject to availability and confirmation.

Quotations are prepared for the requirement described and are valid only for the period stated in the quotation. Where a supply proceeds, it is governed by the terms recorded in that written quotation or in a separate written agreement, which prevail over these website terms in respect of that supply.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information you submit, including any information about a business you represent.

Trade account applications are reviewed individually. Approval, trading terms and any payment arrangements are at our discretion and are confirmed in writing. We may decline an application without giving reasons.
